How to: Tie A Bow

One of my videos was a makeup tutorial based on a 50's pin up look. In that video, I wore a bow in my hair and this is how I created that piece in this quick and easy how to video. Comment and Thanks for watching ;)

School Daze

Welcome Back Guys!! This OOTD is quite simple but the headscarf and glasses add a little something extra to what could have been a plain Jane outfit. The triangle shaped sweater is not actually cropped but folded over to show off the long length of the jeans. Both the sweater and the jeans were thrifted. The oxfords are from Forever21 and putting a cuff in the jeans show off the shoes. If you ever feel like what your wearing is just not enough, add a hair accessory, festive glasses, and depending on the pant length a cuff in your jeans. Be sure to comment and follow!! Vintage Pin Up Look Makeup Tutorial

This look is quite classic and represents all things Vintage. The pin up girl or pin up model became popular during the 1950's. The makeup look of this era always included red lipstick, hair either pinned or tied up and  a glamorous look. This look includes heavy eyeliner for that dramatic look, a faux mole, light eyeshadow with the infamous red lips.

Bored with your 9 to 5 makeup look?

Wearing the same makeup look everyday can get pretty boring but most women don't want to add too much and have that "clown face" appearance or they are unsure as to what works best. Here are a couple of tips to adding some extra appeal to your everyday makeup look without attracting the wrong attention.

 One way to add something extra to your everyday makeup look is to use a colored eyeliner. You can have a nude makeup look but that flare of color will keep it basic but edgy as well. Use colors that compliment your skin tone and be aware of those electric colors. 

Another way to add something extra to your everyday makeup look is changing the shade of lipstick you usually wear OR if you don't wear lipstick at all, try some. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone with something different. Finding the right shade of red or pink could be essential to your everyday makeup

The Little BLACK dress

This OOTD is a black dress from F21, a denim vest that was thrifted, over the knee socks from F21, and my doc martens. Every woman should own at least ONE black dress. Why? The black dress is so versatile. You can dress it up, play it down, a funeral :( , a special occasion, the list goes on. 

This look is a casual way to wear your little black dress. If you don't like the over the knee socks, you can pair this outfit with sheer black tights. If you don't quite like the doc martens, consider combat boots or rider boots as well. The scarf keeps it casual and its so many different ways to incorporate the scarf into this outfit. Boho Chic

This look may be one of my favorites so far. Its a Maxi dress with a twist of my own personal styling. Boho Chic is usually long dresses and skirts, oversized tops and excessive layering with bohemian and hippie influences. It also brings alot of VINTAGE styling to the table.

I'm not a BIG fan of long dresses because my legs are completely covered so by

Knotting the bottom of the dress, it gives that extra appeal. 

The denim shirt plays the look down and makes it casual and comfortable.

I paired this look with a nude wedge heel to add some femininity and 

height. The dress is from F21, the denim shirt was purchased at Walmart ;)

Natural Everyday Makeup Tutorial

Here is how I do my everyday makeup !! Its fast, easy, and natural looking. The products I use are Palmers Cocoa Butter as a moisturizer, Covergirl TruBlend #5 Tawny, Pressed Powdar by Kiss, Dark Brown Pencil, Eyebrow brush, Dark Brown eyeshadow, Angled Brush, Blush Brush, Blush, Mascara, Liquid Eyeliner, Lipgloss. Bring COSBY back!!

A trend that I truly love and I think deserves a chance to 

come BACK is the "Cosby" sweater. It's a trend that dates back to the 80's

BUT gives you that vintage look. Don't be afraid to style something that seems outdated and give it 

Life Again.

Don't be afraid to wear a PLAIN white t! Whether its a V-neck or scoop, there are so many ways to dress it up. Because the shirt has no design and is pretty basic, whatever you put it with will compliment it. The head wrap is a neck scarf and the sunglasses add a vintage flare because its circular. The jeans were thrifted, the blazer from strawberries, and doc martens from journeys.
