This OOTD is a black dress from F21, a denim vest that was thrifted, over the knee socks from F21, and my doc martens. Every woman should own at least ONE black dress. Why? The black dress is so versatile. You can dress it up, play it down, a funeral :( , a special occasion, the list goes on.
This look is a casual way to wear your little black dress. If you don't like the over the knee socks, you can pair this outfit with sheer black tights. If you don't quite like the doc martens, consider combat boots or rider boots as well. The scarf keeps it casual and its so many different ways to incorporate the scarf into this outfit.
